M.RISE Machinery Equipment Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Quality Warranty Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) apply to all new machinery equipment sold by M.RISE (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). The customer’s purchase of the Company’s products is deemed as having read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of These Terms.

2. Warranty Period

The Company provides a Three-year (36 months) full-machine warranty for all new equipment sold, commencing from the date the end-user receives the equipment, completes installation and commissioning, and signs the “Equipment Acceptance Report.” If no acceptance report is signed, the warranty period shall commence on the 90th day from the Bill of Lading Date.

3.  Warranty Scope

Coverage: This warranty covers the entire machine and all its components (as detailed in the list provided with the equipment).

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover consumables/wear parts under normal use (e.g., laser lenses, process gases, nozzles, cutting tools, lubricants, etc.). The specific list of consumables is defined in Appendix 1.

Special Components: For special components with independent warranty policies (e.g., laser generators, CNC systems, etc.), the warranty period and service scope are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms. The Company will provide relevant written documents to the customer before the sales contract is signed (see Appendix 2).

4. Extended Warranty Service

The Company offers paid Extended Warranty options for eligible equipment. For specific details regarding the duration, coverage, price, and application process for Extended Warranty, please inquire via email at: [email protected].

5. Warranty Service Content and Procedure

5.1 During the warranty period, for any malfunction confirmed by the Company to be caused by defects in materials or workmanship, the Company will provide free repair or replacement of the faulty components. The choice between repair and replacement is at the discretion of the Company to ensure the most efficient restoration of the equipment to normal operation. All replaced parts become the property of the Company.

5.2 The Company will provide free remote technical support. If on-site service is required, the Company’s authorized technical personnel will arrive on-site within a time frame agreed upon with the customer.

5.3 Service Response: The Company will respond via phone or online within 4 working hours after a fault is reported by the customer to assist in diagnosing the issue.

6. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to any damage or defect resulting from the following causes:

  • Misuse, negligence, or accident resulting from the customer’s failure to strictly adhere to the operation specifications, installation guidelines, or user manuals provided by the Company.
  • Installation, debugging, disassembly, repair, or modification performed by personnel not authorized by the Company.
  • Any design alterations to the machine or use of non-original parts without the written authorization of the Company.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, fire, flooding, voltage instability, or theft.
  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic imperfections of the equipment.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To qualify for warranty service, the customer must:

  • Strictly follow the provided installation guidelines, operation specifications, and user manuals for installation, operation, and routine maintenance.
  • Cooperate with the Company’s technical personnel by providing detailed fault descriptions, equipment model, serial number, operation logs, etc., when requesting warranty service.
  • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., copy of invoice or sales contract) upon request.
  • Provide necessary access permits and safe working conditions for the Company’s technical personnel performing on-site service.

8. Shipping Cost Responsibility

Cases where M.RISE bears shipping costs:

M.RISE will cover all costs for return shipping and re-shipment for issues caused by the Company, including:

  • The customer receives an incorrect machine or component model.
  • Damage occurring during transit to the customer.
  • Quality issues due to material or workmanship defects (not caused by customer misuse).
  • Damage caused by other errors attributable to the Company.

Cases where the Customer bears shipping costs:

The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing all actual shipping costs for returns in the following cases:

  • The customer ordered an incorrect machine or component model.
  • The purchased product is unsuitable for the customer’s actual working environment.
  • The customer no longer requires the product for their own reasons.
  • The issue is determined to be outside the warranty scope according to Section 6.

9. Sole Remedy and Limitation of Liability

9.1 The repair or replacement of components as described in These Terms constitutes the Company’s sole and exclusive obligation during the warranty period and the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

9.2 Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, production interruption, data loss, damage to goodwill) regardless of whether such liability is based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, validity, and performance of These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from These Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent People’s Court in the place where the Company is located for litigation.

11. Appendices

The appendices referred to in These Terms form an integral part hereof and have the same legal effect as These Terms.
